Localhub
Just drag and drop a folder, and all the local videos inside it are automatically cataloged into a database, turning them into your own offline video platform — with a familiar experience inspired by YouTube, Netflix, and other popular video services. No internet connection required. A completely **OFFline** video app.
(It also supports YouTube- and Netflix-style layouts and experiences.)
It even supports separate virtual accounts and password protection, so the whole family can safely share the app!

You can also leave comments on each video. For example, if there’s a scene you really like, just write down the timestamp — click it later, and you’ll jump straight to that moment. You can also write your thoughts and memories for each video, almost like adding notes to a family photo album.
Of course, it comes with all the features you’d expect from a modern video platform, including Theater Mode, live previews, and playlist creation.
But it also goes way beyond that, with features you won’t find on typical video sites: zooming into specific parts of a video, virtual-window playback, bullet-time jumps, and up to three simultaneous SRT subtitle tracks. You can even adjust subtitle timing if the subtitles are out of sync.
You could use it to keep a record of your pet’s growth, or create your own private, YouTube-like library containing only safe, family-friendly videos for your children.
In short, it’s like having your own private video platform — completely offline, customizable, and shared safely with your family.
