🐾 Quick Manual to Export
Currently, Nyan-8 isn't ready yet but you can sign up and use the exporter tool to export your Lang-8 entries and corrections to Nyan-8.
✅ Step 1:
Install a modern browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
✅ Step 2:
Login to Lang-8 and sign up to Nyan-8
✅ Step 3:
Install the browser extension
✅ Step 4:
Click the extension icon on your browser and launch the exporter page by pressing the green button
✅ Step 5:
After launching the extension, press the UPDATE ENTRY LIST button. Once the list is updated, press the UPDATE ALL button to retrieve the contents of each entry. After the number reaches 100%, press the EXPORT link to export your posts and corrections to Nyan-8
✅ Step 6:
Press the IMPORT button on Nyan-8. You can see a cat egg if you succeed. You can preview your entries and corrections by clicking the egg. If your entries, corrections, etc. can be displayed successfully, the migration is complete! 🎉
